DFS

I led a full suite of projects for DFS, working on the sofa maker's brand transformation, and developing their multi-channel customer journey.  Highlights included the revamp of the DFS website, launching new product ranges, a sofa-choosing app, and seasonal campaigns.  As one of the UK's largest media buyers, there was much liaison with Mediacom and Krow. Despite our collective efforts, and much commercial success, the sale never came to an end.
